Account Deletion
LexImagine LLC provides Tickster Pet Scan. You can request deletion of your Tickster app data and deactivation of your account at any time.

Use the subject line: Delete my Tickster account.
You can also request deletion of selected Tickster data without deactivating your full account. This may include saved snapshots, dog profiles, scan history, owner notes, or other account-associated app data.
We delete app data associated with your Tickster account, including dog profiles, scan history, owner notes, saved scan metadata, and optional saved snapshot images.
We deactivate the account and keep the email address reserved so it cannot be reused to create another Tickster account.
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax or accounting obligations, payment or subscription disputes, or backup recovery. Backup copies are removed during normal backup rotation.
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the account email. Some backup or legally required records may remain for a limited retention period as described above.
Account deactivation and app-data deletion are permanent. After completion, your pets, scan history, optional snapshots, and vet-share records may no longer be recoverable.
